DARTEL normalization will create a group-specific template itself. If I find some of the participants need to be reoriented after checking the normalization quality, do I need to rerun the DARTEL normalization with the entire sample? Similarly, how about the situation that excludes some participants after normalization?

If you do reorient, then I suggest re-run DARTEL.
If only exclude some subjects, usually re-run doesn't matter too much.
