I would kindly ask if it is possible to use DPABI on a data which has been preprocessed using FSL?
The data we will use is a resting fMRI data and we would like to do ALFF/fALFF and ReHo analyses on this data..
I would be very end thankful if you can help.

I think it can be, if you know what you are doing.
I suggest you to read the code of y_alff_falff.m to see what it needs as inputs, then write codes to feed those inputs to it.
However, it may be much easier to simply get the raw data and start all over again with DPARSFA.
