Hi Everyone I'm new to REST and DPARSF. So far, the setup worked very well, but when it came to Detrending the data, Matlab gave my an out of memory error. What kind of solutions are there? Thanks a lot for any hints! Eugenio

刚刚综述完ReHo的文章，发现似乎在two-sample t中，很少有FWE校正的结果，有一下几个问题： 1.对于two-sample t，很少有文章报道FWE校正的结果，请问这是为什么？是ReHo算法本身使得导致的还是数据一致性不高导致的？ 2. 有没有人发现FWE校正后仍然有结果survive出现的情况？ 3. 如果在全脑范围内没有FWE校正的结果，能不能在有差异的区域之内利用FWE采取small volume correction进行校正呢？ 谢谢

论坛老师好！ 我用REST的Correlation ananlysis，voxel wise做功能图像与临床的相关，Groop image中input图像，seed variate中input临床因子的txt文档。

严老师：你好，我是用dparsf预处理的数据，rest 做的统计分析，现在统计的图片和cl report都出来了，就是不太明白如何整理cl report中的结果，生成发表文章的报表形式，我做的是癫痫患者和病人的双样本T检验，MASK是并集MASK，做过AlphaSim 校正，增强的Clusters 有26个，减弱的有15个，这些体素都要报告吗，是不是有点多啊？ 还有每个Peak点对应的脑区该如何选择啊，是选择voxel structures 中较大的相对具体的脑区，还是peak MNI coordinate 中的比较具体的脑区，如果两者不一致的情况下该如何选择，有几个差不多大的较大的脑区是都要报告出来吗？ 还有一个问题不明白，不是经过AlphaSim（>55个体素）校正了吗，为什么活下来的clusters中还有很多是小于55的也在cl reports中显示出来了啊？

大家好： 在用dparsf处理reho时遇到了一个问题（reho是先计算再做平滑），那么smooth是选还是不选（打勾么？），下面还有一个Data without smooth(这个我觉得应该打勾) 谢谢大家！

Hello, Having an error listed below when trying to do seed based resting FC. I ran the same options and used the same ROIs with another data set and had no errors so don't think it is my choice of ROIs. I am running DPARSF_V2.1_120101, SPM8, Matlab R2011b. ============ Error using horzcat CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent. Error in DPARSFA_run (line 1924)

Hi I am working with resting state date for the first time using this toolbox. While running toolbox i am getting error at this line in 'movefile' command. I have run the movefile command inependently, it works fine. Maybe there is some issue with folder attirbutes. If that is so i can not change them during run time. Any help will be highly obliged. Error message is given below.
