A question about the data sequence in ANOCOVA(repeated measures)

Submitted by wisepig119 on

I have 2 times R-fMRI data which are repeated measures. When I'm going to do statistics using ANOCOVA, but I confuse about which group I should put in first: is the group at baseline or  the follow-up?  What is the mean of  positive or minus numbers in the results? Thank you!

Is it possible to perform single contrasts with dpabi Viewer when doing ANOVA with Repeated Measures?

Submitted by crmartir on

Hi dpabi team,

I have performed statistical analysis with dpabi (ANOVA Repeated Measures) and now I want to view my results. Moreover, I have revised all course video tutorials many times, but I have not find the way to perform single contrasts (like in SPM) when doing an ANOVA. I know how to display the resuts when performing t tests (for example, I have used dpabi Viewer to see the results from a pair t test) but I do not know how to select single contrasts when one has three conditions in the analysis.

Thanks in advance. Any suggestion will be very appreciated.

Why couldn't I open viewer of BPABI?

Hi, Chao-gan

Every time I try to open the Viewer of DPABI, it demonstrates the following errors:

Undefined function 'spm_get_bbox' for input arguments of
type 'struct'.

Error in y_spm_orthviews>maxbb (line 1044)
    bb = spm_get_bbox(st{curfig}.vols{i}, 'fv', premul);

Error in y_spm_orthviews (line 289)
                st{curfig}.bb = maxbb;

Error in DPABI_VIEW>DPABI_VIEW

About ReHo

Submitted by cherrychingju on

Dear all,

Is ReHo value equal to Kendall's W (KCC)?

And if we use a region to be a ROI and extract its value, then this value is ReHo value or KCC value? (Some values are more than 1, so KCC can be more than 1?)

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Best,

Cherry
