I was asked about the interpolation method I used in preprocessing. I used DPARSF to do that and I am not sure what it use exactly. Seems there are options if I use SPM directly, so do DPARSF just use the default ?
Thanks.
Dear Dr. Yan
Recently I am using the DPARSF toolbox for estimating the functional connectivity. During the preprocessing, I found some problem for the normalization. I have attached two pictures: one to show you the parameters setup for the software, and the other one is the output of the picture for check normalization. Your kind help will be highly appreciated.
Best

Hello,
I am getting the following Matlab error when trying to run ROI based functional connectivity analysis in DPARSF. Could someone help me out?
Thanks!

Dear all,
I am moving from DPARSF basic edition to advanced edition to compute intrinsic connectivity between the AAL ROIs. In the basic version there were files named subject01_AALTC.mat containing detrended, filtered, and covariates removed time course of 90 AAL ROIs.
My first question is that the same file in the advanced edition is now named ROISignals_subject01.mat?
Hello,
I cannot solve this problem.
Dear All,
I encountered some errors while using DPARSF to process resting data. I have tried different versions of DPARSF, there were always errors during the detrend steps:
Hello,
I used DPARSF Basic a few weeks ago to preprocess data from the Enhanced NKI Rockland Sample.
Recently I checked the Autosave .mat file and found that the Slice Number I had indicated was wrong, I had put 33 instead of 38.
However, the slice order ([1 3 5... 34 36 38]) and slice reference (38) were approriate and the prepocessing ran smoothly.
I will run the preprocessing again with the correct parameter but I still would like to know in what way can the wrong slice number affect the preprocessing steps? How can I compare results from the preprocessing with the wrong and correct slice number?
Hello,
I am using DPARSF to run FC on data from the INDI project.
On the main page of the DPARSF website, I read "Given the amount of time and effort for interactive reorienting, the reorient matrices for online data such as 1000 Functional Connectomes Project" and there was a link to download "reorientation matrices"
I can only find reorientation matrices for the ABIDE project on this page. Are there any other reorientation matrices available for INDI projects?
