Hi R-FMRI team,

Hi, I have a question about the loading of subjects.

So when I followed the turorial and set the correct working directory and folder format, the participant area did not come up with the subjects' ID. So I tried to load a text file with the subjects' names. But each time the DPARSF can only read the first subject from the text file, but not the others. So I want to ask, is there a specific format of the text file we need to write so all the subjects will be included? Or is there any other solution to process all the subjects at the same time? Thanks!

Hi, I have a few questions about the general linear modeling (GLM) and statistical analysis by using DPARSF.

1. Which step or button of the GUI with Template Parameters perform the GLM? Do we need to perform GLM in resting state fMRI data?

2. If we do, how can we visualize the results of significant regions?

I have some questions about statistical analysis.

In our study, all patients were assigned to three groups, with two different medication treatment and one medication-naive control. And all these patients accepted MRI scan at baseline and after 12 weeks. Now, my question is as followings:

1. Can we compare the group × time interaction effects on brain activity indicators by repeated measures ANOVA, such as ALFF,fALFF and ReHo. At first, I try to do this by mixed-effects comparison, but it can only treat two factors.
