For PT with TFCE, both FDR & Two-tailed were set.
In my understandings, PT were tested at two-tailed P<0.05 with number of permutations being carried out in the analyses. In addition, FDR & FWE were also examined.
Dear Chao-Gan,
in SPM, when a correlation analysis in performed, it is necessary to specify the study design (eg. multiple regression).
I am wondering what is the model used in DPABI->Statistical Analysis->Correlation Analysis.

I tried via define ROI > others ROI> MASK added BrainnetomeAtlas_BNA_MPM_thr25_1.25mm.nii but FC folder in result folder are mistak result for exampel ROIcorrelation sholde 246*246 Matrix but result me 255*1 and not exsist FC regions .

运用DPABI 处理静息态fMRI 数据，得到了ReHo 图，双样本t检验得出两组差异脑区（岛叶），按照文献的做法，以差异脑区（岛叶）为种子点，做seed-based Functional Connectivity (FC),
DPABI一直报错
我自己的做法如下；
1.将差异脑区（岛叶）在DPABI VIEW 界面存为MASK
2 进入DPARSFA界面 ，选择"Functional connectivity" 和“extract ROI time course” 弹出ROI tempalte 对话框，选择 Define other ROI, 弹出ROI list 对话框， 选择+Mask 选择 岛叶 mask.nii 文件
但一直报错。
