Dear Prof Yan,

Hi all.
I'm kind of new in DPARSF and I'm having trouble doing normalization with T1 image unified segmentation. after reorienting the images. somehow dcm2nii is called, I have my nifti T1 images and I unchecked T1 dicom to nifti. here's my workspace:
Hi, all,
In the latest released version of Dpabi, I found two templates, named as "CC200ROI_tcorr05_2level_all.nii" and "CC400ROI_tcorr05_2level_all.nii" in the path of "DPABI_V1.3_150710\Templates\". Considering their advantage of numerous ROIs, I would like to use them. However, I have no idea about any more info about these two templates. Can anyone tell me where they are from and how these ROIs are defined? Also, it would be highly appreciated if someone can provide me with the related reference materials or papers. Thank you for your favorable reply in advance!
Dear Experts
I have few questions:
I'd like to use AlphaSim to obtain the minimum cluster-size (for multiple corrections) for my ROI analysis of ppi, and done the following:
I wonder if these are correct.. Could you clarify my mistakes?
Hi
I would like to correlate the connectivity parameters with covariates eg Ratings. I extracted ROI signals by defining different ROIs and get zFCMaps. Which parameters/values of the output do I have to use for correlations?
Thanks
Carmen
Hi,
I just wanted to note, that when using the Threshold motion and EPI Coverage tools it does not show the standard deviation (see pictures attached). What could the problem be and how to fix it :)?
I'm using Windows 7 with Matlab2014a and SPM12 with the latest version of DPABI (V1.3_150710)
greetings
David
Dear developers and users,
Dear all,
I was wondering about the possibility to extract a specific ROI signal of the ZROIxFCmap (resulting from the FC) and then correlations with different questionnaires.
Is it a good approximation???
Thank you once again!
Dear all,
We have noticed that if .hdr/.img T1 images were used for segmentation, DPARSF_V3.2_150710 reports an error of "File too small".
We have fixed this error, please use the attached file to overwrite the existing one in DPARSF_V3.2_150710.
