trouble with Philips DICOM in DPARSF

Submitted by Jordi on
Hi everyone!

I'm trying to preprocess my DICOM resting-state data acquired on 1,5T Philips, but after sorting with DPABI and arranged as you show in your tutorial, DPARSF can't find files.
Is there any problem with Philips extensions?

Thanks all of you,
Best regards.

Hi Jordi,

What's the error message? Have you checked if you have DICOM files under FunRaw/SubXXX/? What's the extension for your files?

Best,

Chao-Gan

Hi.
I actually haven't any error message, but no subjects are detected and showed in the box of the interface, even if I put files in the path you suggest.
When I sorted the DICOM by DPABI I selected "none" as file extension.

(I bypassed the problem by converting DICOM into NII using "dicom2nii", and everything works this way.)

Thanks.

Best,

Jordi

Hi Jordi,

Usually "no subjects detected" is due to the data organization. Have you organized the data correctly and set the "Starting Directory Name"?
