DPABI/DPABISurf/DPARSF

      现在部分文献中计算FCD的时候提到了 分别计算 long-range 和 short range 的 FCD，不知道DPARSF工具箱经过怎样的设置以后可以具备这样计算的功能？多谢指教！

Hi! When the mp2Rage T1 images is used as structural images, the full pipline can be done. However, the  "No co*T1 image is found"(Please check the attachment) shows at the early stage of preprocessing. How could I solve the problem?

请问我在用dpabi里的statistical analysis做分析时选择的ANCOVA统计分析（repeat），然后在选择Group Image时不知道该如何放入每个组。比如我有组A和组B，及治疗后的组A 和组B，那么分别放入选框里的顺序是怎么才能让软件知道哪些是组间比较，哪些是重复测量的比较呢？软件还能不能进行3个组的重复测量的比较呢？

After running DPARSF, I got 1568 ROIxxxFCMap_sub001.nii under ../Results/FC_FunImgARCWF.

I wonder how I should use these maps. ex: If I only interest in seed location around MpFC, which ROIxxxFCMap would be the one I need ?

Hey :),

I'm using the Extract ROI time series button in DPARSF 4.0 and with the Template of Craddock's 400 ROIS from the DPABI folder. Strangely only 392 ROIs get extracted although the template has 400 ROIs in it.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

I had  met some problem when I trying to do Functional Connectivity.

Here is my parameter setting:

1.Parameters Setting:

1.Functional Connectivity

2.Extracting ROI time courses

3.Define ROI:AAL atlas

There is an error when I use dpabi for ANOVA.I use matlab2011a.
