Hi Teacher Yan,
My operating environment:win7, spm12, rest1.8, DPABI_v2.1_160415, Matlab2012a
The data I'm using:ADHD_Peking(just functional part)
When i press the button 'RUN',the result(below):

Here is my data and data stored path,as you said, each subject's fMRI NIFTI image in one directory and I put them in 'FunImg' directory under the working directory.

Here is my DPARSF setting:
Transformation Matrix used in normalization (DPARSFA)
Hello,
I'm using DPARSFA in preprocessing and i would like to know where can I find the transformation matrix used in normalization.
Many thanks in advance!

Warning "The detected time points is 2, it is different from the predetermined time points (260)", but it's not!
Hello,
I encountered yet another error. For some subjects DPRSFA shows me a warning message saying "The detected time points is 2, it is different from the predetermined time points (260), check your data!". The problem is that my data has 260 volumes so I don't understand the meaning of this. Does anyone have an idea?
Thank you so much!
Lisa

请教,想在写脚本的时候,直接调用dpabi中的 Imgcalc 做一些图像计算,不知该调用哪个函数合适,多谢!
