Extracting ROI specific fALFF values

Hi,

How can I extract ROI specific fALFF values. I used "calculate in MNI space(warp by DARTEL)" and "normalize by DARTEL" options. Based on the assumption that the fALFF images for each subject are in MNI space, I am doing the following:

Hello!!

I´m preprocessong my fMRI data with DPARSF and I had a strange result after doing "Nuisance Regression". My images are completely distorted and undecipherable. This only happen when i do nuisance regression. I would like to know why is this happening and how can i solve this. It is very importante in my work to do this step of preprocessing.

I attached some screenshot of DPARSF configuration and my images before and after nuisance regression.

Statistical analysis

i work on Alff,fAlff,ReHo and VMHC  i do this step :1-pca reduction 2-feature selection 3- classification.

my qestion if i want to do statistical analysis where can i do it ,i mean  after any step 1 or 2 or 3.

and how can i do it.the output of three step is vector in matlab.

also i need source to read about statisical analysis.

Choose the correct bounding box

Hi everyone,

I am working with fMRI data and processing it with DPARSFA, and then I'm analysing it with spm12. After I preprocess my images, I tryed to display them using the masks in T1imagesegment.

The problem is tthat the images seems to be too long for the bounding box. How can I fix it?

Error in detecting timepoints

I am currently having issues with DPARSFA, When I try to run this data preprocessing, the foollowing warning appears:

I know that there is no error with the data itsaelf as I have previously processed it using the basic edition. I am using SPM8, Matlab 2015b, and DPARSFA v4.0_20151201. The data itself is 4d nifti .hdr/.img files with these two files being put into the funimg folder.

 

Can you provide any help on the matter? Much appreciated!
