Hi Chaogan,
Sorry to bother you again. I am really puzzled by the endless warning information when doing statistical analysis with covariates regression in DPABI (as shown below), although you have mentioned it would not affect the results. I am still wondering, is there any solution for this unnecessary and annoying issue?
Hello,
I am trying to perform motion scrubbing on my already preprocessed data (nuisance regressed, normalized, filtered [FunImgARCFW]). When doing this, DPARSF-A starts to perform the scrubbing, it only creates folders for about half of my sample and then only scrubs a couple files then stops completely. It appears as if it is still running, but no files are being created and there is no more text appearing in the matlab workspace No errors appear. Do you know what the problem could be?
Edit: I Forget to check the T1 coreg to Fun box, I think that was the problem. Now is running properly.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask some questions, please.
1. When I perform the components correction method (compcor) is it better to use the segmentation instead the spm a priori??
2. Can I use different values in segmentation at 0,99? or is preferable to use the 0,99 default mode?
Hi
Hi,
I'm getting the error message below. I assume it means that he number of files in the structural and functional directories differ or the subject ids differ between those directories. However, I don't know why it is occuring, as I've carefully checked the anatomical and functional directories and all the appropriate files are there and of the correct size. Does the error mean something else?
Thanks
Matt

Dear Dr. Yan,
The "rp_al_" files could be entered in "other covariates" at "Nuisance covariate regression" ???????
Thank you!
I have 2 times R-fMRI data which are repeated measures. When I'm going to do statistics using ANOCOVA, but I confuse about which group I should put in first: is the group at baseline or the follow-up? What is the mean of positive or minus numbers in the results? Thank you!
Hello,
Hi dpabi team,
I have performed statistical analysis with dpabi (ANOVA Repeated Measures) and now I want to view my results. Moreover, I have revised all course video tutorials many times, but I have not find the way to perform single contrasts (like in SPM) when doing an ANOVA. I know how to display the resuts when performing t tests (for example, I have used dpabi Viewer to see the results from a pair t test) but I do not know how to select single contrasts when one has three conditions in the analysis.
Thanks in advance. Any suggestion will be very appreciated.
