        我在用DPARSFA对rest-fMRI数据进行预处理后，用DPABI-QC-Generate Group Masks生成mask用于统计，但生成的mask与常见的mask不同，看起来像是经过了旋转之后纳入了部分脑外信息（请参见附上的GroupMask90percent.nii），我检查了每个被试的wAutoMask，仅发现部分被试mask有脑内信息缺失，但都没包含脑外部分（如附图wAutoMask1&2.png），当时的预处理过程见附图Preprocess.png。想请教各位老师为什么生成的GroupMask会出现这种情况？这样的mask应该会影响统计了，请问该如何处理呢？

Thanks for leting me join the foroum. I am using DPARSFA on Matlab R2019b. I was practicing using online sample data for DPARSFA and it run up to some point (Bet) but at the end I got the below error:

I wonder if the raw fMRI scan image files are available online somewhere. 
I wanted to use my own procedure of fMRI preprocessing pipeline, however I can only download the already parcelated fMRI time-series.
To confirm, am I correct on the aforementioned enquiry or I still can find the fMRI image files on your server? 
I know the raw images should be of hughe size, but if site-20 is available, that would be much enough.

Hi,

Using dpabi, I have successfully pre-processed all subjects in ADNI that include both "resting_state_fMRI" and "MPRAGE SENSE 2" files.

It seems to me that only 770 subjects in ADNI have resting_state_fMRI data.

My question is: are fMRI data always needed to run the pre-processing with dpabi (as I have already done) or is there also a different way that does not require fMRI data?

i've preprocessed my data using the standard fmriprep pipeline (not within dpabiSURF). I'm wondering it its possible to run dpabiSURF on the fmriprep processed data to denoise and construct the functional connectome matrices?

I have noticed that in your reference paper's supplementary file that you shared the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) for each subject. I checked the github page(https://github.com/Chaogan-Yan/PaperScripts/tree/master/Yan_2019_PNAS/StatsSubInfoData) and data I been downloaded on FTP server but didn't find it.
