problem in installation of dpabisurf(windows)

Submitted by xwf on

i followed the instruction of Doc. yan_DPABISurf Installation on Windows | The R-fMRI Network (rfmri.org)

when i finally test the dpabisurf processing by running utilities as the instruction, matlab returns:

docker : invalid reference format.

see "docker run --help"

besides, there is no report of error during the whole process of installation.

can anyone help ?

thanks

Submitted by ariayang on

请教为何生成的GroupMask90percent.nii纳入了脑外信息

Submitted by ariayang on

ADNI data: fMRI + MRI

Submitted by dkarletsos on

Hi,

Using dpabi, I have successfully pre-processed all subjects in ADNI that include both "resting_state_fMRI" and "MPRAGE SENSE 2" files.

It seems to me that only 770 subjects in ADNI have resting_state_fMRI data.

My question is: are fMRI data always needed to run the pre-processing with dpabi (as I have already done) or is there also a different way that does not require fMRI data?

Thanks,

Dimitris
